ARRIVAL OF GUESTS
- Arrival is after 3 p.m., unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
- The owner registers the guest based on the identity document.
- Only registered guests can stay in the apartment. The owner must be notified of the visits.
- When taking over the apartment, inspect the equipment and inventory in the presence of the owner.
- Report irregularities or deficiencies the same day you notice them.
DEPARTURE OF GUESTS
- The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m., unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
- Upon departure, the owner checks in your presence whether the installation, equipment and accessories correspond to the inventory taken over.
- If during your stay damage was caused to the furniture, floor, windows, doors, equipment or to the building itself and its surroundings, you are obliged to compensate it accordingly or reimburse it in a monetary amount before your departure.
- Before leaving, make sure you haven't forgotten your belongings in any of the rooms.
- Do not leave food or waste in the apartment. Wash the dishes, dry them and put them in the cupboards.
GENERAL
- The apartment has been cleaned before your arrival, so please wear slippers. If you didn't bring them with you, you can get them from us.
- During your absence, turn off all electrical devices, shut off the water, turn off the lights, close the windows, and lock the apartment and house doors.
- We are trying to reduce our carbon footprint, so we ask you to be moderate in the consumption of hot water, towels and heating.
- After using the showers, turn on the fan in the bathroom.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Tap water is drinkable.
- Please separate your waste.
- Apartment accessories (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) may not be taken out of the apartment.
- The lessor assumes no responsibility for money, jewellery, securities and other items kept in the apartment and car. Parking in front of the house is at your own risk.
- The owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment in special circumstances despite your absence and prevent possible damage or danger.
- Do not disturb the peace and order and respect the stated rules, especially at night (10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.).
- In case of non-compliance with the rules of the house, the owner reserves the right to cancel your further stay in the apartment without refunding the rental costs.
- Agree with the owner on the method and costs of storing equipment or items that cannot be stored in the apartment.
- You are obliged to leave the apartment you rented clean, tidy and undamaged when you leave.
